SHOOTING FROM THE CORNER
This was a club project called 'My Dog Bertie'. The location kindly supplied by a friend was a normal family house. In other words, the architect had not designed it with filming in mind! So we had to cram the cameramen into some small corners at times.
The shoot took place on a single day out of consideration for the house owner and the logistics of getting so many people together at once. We got a lot of work done in a short space of time, as there was no chance of going back for a retake.

DOLLY GOOD SHOW
Members also get together to pursue their own projects.
These scenes are from the shooting of a story about the Salvation Army riots. It was the brainchild of Jonathan Wilde (centre left) and grew into a substantial project that clearly would need funding.
The Club is strictly amateur, which means that it could not involve itself in funding applications. So Jonathan gathered some people together and got on with it. After several years, the project has reached post-production stage and we are looking forward to a preview.
